Not only is this an incredible powder for detoxifying the blood and cleansing the liver but its also loaded with Vitamin C and antioxidants + polyphenols. It pulls out toxins from the colon as well as the liver and relieves constipation/is a gentle bowel tonic.
Triphala is also fantastic for the entire respiratory system and nourishes the lungs.
Use as a hair rinse/paste to strengthen roots and improve hair condition. You can also use as a mouthwash to remove bacteria, food and acid from teeth and gums (helping prevent and treat periodontal issues). See 'suggested serve' below for instructions.

Suggested serve: It is quite potent and a little goes a long way! Start out with 1/2 to 1tsp. Add to a large glass of water, stir well and gulp it down (not the most pleasant tasting but so good for you!) You could add to a smoothie or juice etc but it might overwhelm the other ingredients so personally I think it's easier and better to consume in a glass of water :) You can also swish a small amount of water and 1/2 tsp of powder in your mouth for a few minutes then spit out as this makes a powerful mouthwash that kills bacteria and helps prevent tooth and gum disease and decay.
